Dundee Literary Festival 2011

27-30 October 2011

As the Dundee Literary Festival has grown over the past five years, so has the excitement surrounding the cultural scene in Dundee. There’s a buzz about the city, a thrill. Open mic nights, literary salons, readings, book groups, writing classes. There’s something for every reader and writer, whatever their age or ambition and it all culminates here, in these four days in Dundee City Centre.

Join Kirsty Gunn, Creative Director of the Festival and Professor of Creative Writing at the University of Dundee and I for events with internationally bestselling authors, workshops, poetry, prizes, local authors, debut authors, scientific events, crime writing, music and more. Not forgetting Sunday’s Comic Conference, now a firm date in the diary for any fan of graphic novels.

We look forward to seeing you there.
